Dengan bermulanya sakit gigi dan ngilu dgn harapan tampal boleh selesaikan masalah. Rupanya selepas diperiksa oleh Doc Aizat dan menyarankan utk membuat scan, amat terkejut gigi sudah berlubang dan menghampiri saraf lagi² gigi geraham. Doc menerangkan tampalan tidak akan kekal dan sakit gigi akan tetap berterusan. Pilihan yang terbaik adalah root canal. Selepas berbincang dgn Doc Aizat dan penerangan yang cukup bagus saya memilih utk membuat root canal . Ofcourse sesiapapun akan rasa takut lagi² kali pertama buat tetapi setiap langkah yang dibuat, Doc akan memberi penerangan. Alhamdulillah root canal berjaya.

Dtg sesi seterusnya untuk membuat crown pada gigi geraham. Doc memberi penerangan sekali lg 3 jenis crown. Pemilihan crown yang paling bagus dipilih selepas Doc menerangkan kelebihan pemasangan crown. Yehhh gigi selesai dengan pemasangan crown. Alhamdulillah kini gigi lebih cantik dan sihat. Lupa nak bgtau gigi sekarang dah tak ngilu dan sakit lagi.

Dari segi keselesaan, suasana, komunikasi 2 hala diantara staff dan follow up sangat bagus. Tidak lupa Doc Aizat yang sangat bagus, berpengalaman dan sangat membantu sehingga gigi saya akhirnya kini cantik, bersih dan akhirnya saya boleh makan seperti sediakala. Had a really good experience at Avisienna Dental Kajang for my dental check-up. Dr. Aizat was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable throughout the check-up and answered all my questions patiently.

Nak bagi review specifically dekat Dr Aliya (I hope i spell your name correctly )❤️

I went to this clinic last year, same clinic but different doctor, dengan sakit yang sama. Doc cakap tak ada apa-apa, then proceed with cuci gigi je.
Tapi before I cerita lah, sakit ni memang dah lama. I went here last year, and went to another dental pun still kata tak ada apa-apa.

This time, I told Dr Aliya about my frustration with the toothache, and instead of brushing it off, she actually listened and proceed to do an X-ray.

Then we found out ada lubang di tengah, which actually explains why the other docs said there was nothing wrong. 😭

So major shoutout to Dr Aliya, sebab believe in your patient and instead of brushing it off and doing the bare minimum, you actually took the time to investigate my pain.

It was my first time so yea i know nothing about all of this thing but everytime i ask question to all the staff and dentist , they will answer all the question and make sure i understand about it .

So far everything is good , their enviroment , staff , how they treat patient and other thing .
